Nevada Gaming Approves Online Poker Gambling!

The Nevada Gaming Commission approved the nation’s first regulations for Internet poker play today, opening the door to the licensing of companies to offer online play within the state.

Regulations also address what information must be presented on their websites, record keeping, dispute resolution, fees and taxation and problem gambling notifications. Full article at VegasInc.com.

Follow Nevada Gaming Commission's Online Poker Rules

The State of Nevada Gaming Commission has updated their Interactive Gaming rules and regulations for proposed internet poker.

For those following this stuff, like myself, take a look at the updated regulations.

I personally was glad to see a better definition for service provider's, being that Player Verify is poised for a poker site service provider within Nevada.
