First Legal U.S. Online Gambling Website

As we reported a couple days ago it appeared that D.C. would be the first state to legalize online gambling, Internet poker.

Guess what, we were correct and it's being reported that the D.C. Lottery will in fact be the first legal U.S. online gambling state, website providing online poker and who knows what else will follow.

This is great news, wonder if the D.C. Lottery has ever heard of PlayerVerify.com?

Is Online Poker Legal In D.C.?

Wow, this one caught me off guard. Online poker may in fact now be legal for D.C. residents, coming soon.

It appears that it must be operated by the D.C. Lottery, only available to D.C. residents but still a major breakthrough for online gaming if in fact this comes to life.

Looks like someone took their eye off the ball and any objections expired Thursday.
