After weeks of suspense, Christie said he vetoed the first in the country legislation for "legal and constitutional concerns," a potential snag, which critics claimed he was aware of for a full year.
This was a conditional Veto so it's not over till the fat lady sings for New Jersey residents. Changes could be made to the bill, or a public referendum might be in the works.
